A special Work in Progress session will be held during the summer school. The session will be devoted to the presentation of new and on-going projects and also position papers and experimental tools.
WIP results may be presented showing a demo and/or by presenting a poster. In conjunction with the tool session, on Wednesday, April 22, the poster session is an opportunity to present your work and to share your ideas with conference participants and lecturers. The posters will be permanently installed.
The purpose of the session is to provide researchers an opportunity to discuss their evolving ideas and gather feedback thereon from the MDE school members, especially the lecturers.
All topics related to Model Driven Engineering for Distributed and Real-Time Embedded Systems are invited. Works may be related to theory, applications, experiments or tools.
All the papers provided for this special session will be collect in a specific summer school reader book and distribute to the participants. The papers will also be available on the web site of the summer school.
The Work-In-Progress (WIP) session of MDD for DRES 2009 invites contributions describing research that relates to any of Model Driven topics (System and software engineering, Modelling languages, Development tools, Validation and tests, Performance evaluation, Distribution and protocols, QoS and constrained resources management, code generation) for DRES. Of particular interest are papers presenting experiments, implementations, and experiences.
Submissions to the WIP sessions should be limited to 2,000 words, preferred format is IEEE format. Submissions must be made electronically via email, in either postscript or PDF format, via the easychair website submission here
The deadline for submissions is the Math 15th 2009. Notification of accepted submission will be e-mailed by end of March.
